Product delivery

We will pack and dispatch the products you purchased on the website as soon as possible. Typically, this process may take 1-3 business days.

For your convenience, we offer a delivery option to an Omniva self-service parcel terminal. The delivery cost is 4.00 EUR.

Product return

You can return or exchange the unsatisfactory item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. If you decide to exchange or return the item, please contact us via email: info@mudvii.eu The buyer is responsible for covering the return or exchange shipping costs. The buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the item. If the items are made to the buyer’s individual order or are clearly personalized for them, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (no refund will be issued for such items).

Return of goods

10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold poor-quality goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.2. The goods must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must be unused and have not lost their commercial appearance: the label is not damaged, the protective film is not torn off, etc. (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received them (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner established by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this point does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality – in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused is returned to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
10.5 If an order has been subject to a discount based on the quantity purchased (e.g. 25% discount for 2 items), if only a portion of the items is returned, the total order amount will be recalculated based on the actual remaining quantity. This means that:
• If a portion of the items is returned, which no longer meets the discount conditions, the original discount will no longer apply.
• In this case, the amount of the discount that was applied to the entire order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:
If you buy 2 items for €40 each and receive a 25% discount (total amount €60 instead of €80), but return one item, the discount can no longer be applied to the remaining item, so its price will be recalculated to the original price (€40), and the refunded amount will not be €30, but only €20 (€60 – €40).

Return of parcels

All parcels are returned to the OMNIVA parcel machine at Tilžės st. 51 Klaipėda TILŽĖS TURGUS parcel machine.

A refund/exchange is possible if the item:

– Unused, undamaged, and has not lost its original appearance.
– The returnable item must be in its original intact packaging, with the same set of accessories as received.
– With the original, unremoved labels.
– Not made to individual order.
