Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of the Parties. 1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the online store website.

2. Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, in the online store, forms and submits an order for goods after familiarizing themselves with these rules.

3. Seller’s rights

3.1. In important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, and security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store without warning.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the services of the online store, the terms of which are defined by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions set by these purchase and sale Rules.
4.3. In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the Seller from delivering the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement, informing the buyer beforehand. The Seller may propose a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides evidence that the goods have been sent to the Seller, taking into account what happens first.

5. Buyer’s rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the concluded sales contract of goods in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer can exercise the right described in clause 5.2 only if the goods were not damaged or their appearance has not changed fundamentally, and if they have not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them according to the procedures specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, without significant reasons refuses to accept the goods, upon the Seller’s request, the Buyer must cover the return costs of the goods.
6.3. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must inspect the shipment and the condition of the goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the parcel.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these terms and conditions and must comply with them.

7. Product prices

7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT. Upon confirming the order, a delivery fee is added to the total amount of goods, if applicable.

8. Ordering and payment of products

8.1. The Buyer, upon visiting the online store, selects the desired items and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer provides the necessary personal information for order fulfillment: their name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and additional information that may be important for delivering the ordered goods.
8.2. The Buyer confirms that they have acquainted themselves with these rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas, as well as Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed using the services of the partner Montonio Finance, UAB.

9. Product delivery

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address for the goods. 9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims about the delivered goods being inappropriate for a specific person. 9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer based on the terms specified in the product descriptions. 9.4. The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description accompanying each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not match the real size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor. 9.5. If the Buyer refuses the purchase-sale agreement for the goods, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, are refunded.

10. Product return

10.1. High-quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the day of their receipt. Deficiencies in sold defective goods are eliminated, defective goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, it is necessary to adhere to these conditions:
10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original intact packaging (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
10.2.2. The item must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The item must be unused and not lose its commercial appearance: intact labels, unpeeled protective films, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
10.2.4. The returned item must have the same set of accessories as received by the Buyer (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer’s returned items if the conditions for returning the goods were not followed;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods (this point does not apply in the case of a defective item – in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period).
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code.
10.4. The money paid for items accepted by the Buyer but later rejected is refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of returning the item to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules are created in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relationship between the Parties regarding these Rules are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties are exempted from obligations under these Rules if their fulfillment is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the will of the Parties (Force majeure).
