You can return or exchange the unsatisfactory item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge within Lithuania and other Baltic countries. <\/span>For orders from other European countries, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

If the items are made to the buyer\u2019s individual order or are clearly personalized for them, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (no refund will be issued for such items).<\/p>

1. You can only return the parcel through the same parcel terminal network through which you received the parcel (OMNIVA<\/strong> or LP EXPRESS<\/strong>).
2. To return the parcel, use the alphanumeric code that was provided in the parcel delivery SMS<\/strong> message.
3. On the parcel terminal screen, select the “Return parcel<\/strong>” function and enter the return code.
4. Place the parcel in the parcel terminal slot.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Return of goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold poor-quality goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
2.1. The returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
2.2. The goods must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
2.3. The goods must be unused and have not lost their commercial appearance: the label is not damaged, the protective film is not torn off, etc. (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received them (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner established by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this point does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality \u2013 in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
4. The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused is returned to the Buyer\u2019s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
5. If an order has been subject to a discount based on the quantity purchased (e.g. 25% discount for 2 items), if only a portion of the items is returned, the total order amount will be recalculated based on the actual remaining quantity. This means that:
\u2022 If a portion of the items is returned, which no longer meets the discount conditions, the original discount will no longer apply.
\u2022 In this case, the amount of the discount that was applied to the entire order will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Example:<\/strong>
If you buy 2 items for \u20ac40 each and receive a 25% discount (total amount \u20ac60 instead of \u20ac80), but return one item, the discount can no longer be applied to the remaining item, so its price will be recalculated to the original price (\u20ac40), and the refunded amount will not be \u20ac30, but only \u20ac20 (\u20ac60 \u2013 \u20ac40).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Returns Policy Addendum \u2013 Returns from Non-EU \/ Third Countries<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Please note that when returning goods from non-EU or third countries, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees may be incurred upon re-entry of the returned goods into the European Union. By returning an item from a third country, the customer acknowledges and agrees that: Any customs-related charges, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or administrative handling costs incurred by [Company Name] as a result of receiving the return, will be deducted from the refundable amount. As a result, the final refunded sum may be lower than the original purchase price paid by the customer.

MB Mudvii is not responsible for customs charges arising from returns sent from outside the European Union and cannot reimburse such costs. Customers are strongly advised to ensure that returned parcels are correctly declared and, where possible, shipped as returned goods to minimize customs charges.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be required to pay local import taxes (customs duties, sales tax) upon receipt of your order. Some orders may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these taxes or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Failure to pay such taxes will result in the order being cancelled in full.
