The terms of the online store www.mudvii.eu define the conclusion of a purchase agreement and the obligations of the parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Main provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the rules for individuals acquiring goods in the online store www.mudvii.eu<\/a>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), and the mutual rights, duties, and responsibilities of the seller when the Buyer acquires goods in the online store. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.1. The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, having filled the shopping cart in the online store, provided information about themselves: name, surname, delivery address, email, phone number, selected payment method, and familiarized themselves with these Rules, clicks the \u201cOrder\u201d button. This agreement is valid until the complete fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. In cases where the Buyer does not agree with all or a certain part of the Rules, they must refrain from placing an order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Seller\u2019s rights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.1. The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend the operation of the online store, having previously informed the Buyers, and undertakes to dispatch the ordered goods for which the Buyer has already paid.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules, announcing the amended Rules on the website of the online store. The changes come into effect from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after the publication.
3.3. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Seller\u2019s responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make efforts to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to properly use the services provided by the online store. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the online store or error-free data transmission. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer due to disruptions in the operation of the online store and\/or errors in data transmission.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the ordered goods to the Buyer within 7-10 working days from the payment of the goods.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to replace the purchased items free of charge if they are of an incorrect size with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model, or complexity. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement clothes, the Buyer has the right to return the clothes to the Seller and receive a refund for the amount paid. In this case, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 10 working days and is relieved of responsibility for non-delivery of the goods.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to comply with other requirements stipulated in these rules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Buyer\u2019s rights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The buyer (user) has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the electronic store with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the seller only if the goods are of high quality, have not been damaged and have not substantially changed their appearance.
5.3. The buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Buyer\u2019s responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.1. The buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if specified when concluding the contract) and accept the ordered goods.
6.2. The goods are started to be produced and the Seller undertakes to execute the sales contract only when the Seller receives a notification from the Buyer\u2019s bank about the completed payment for the selected goods.
6.3. The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. General liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

7.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided.
7.2. The parties are responsible for the violation of the purchase and sale contract concluded using the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods displayed in the online store do not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
7.4. The seller is not responsible for changes in the quality of the garment if the buyer used the garment without following the washing and other care instructions specified on the label.
7.5. With this contract, the Seller warns that the color, structure or other properties of the fabric may change when the garment is worn or washed.
7.6. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct losses incurred due to its fault.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Personal data management<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

8.1. By clicking the \u201cOrder\u201d button, the Buyer confirms that he and his representatives (the Buyer has the consent of his representatives) agree to provide the Seller with his personal data and does not object to the Seller processing the personal data provided by the Buyer and\/or his representatives for the purposes of identification of representatives, conclusion of contracts, execution (online trade) and direct marketing. The Seller indicates that the Seller will not process the personal codes of the Buyer (if he is a natural person) and his representatives for the purpose of direct marketing.
8.2. By clicking the \u201cOrder\u201d button, the Buyer confirms that he (if the Buyer is a natural person) and his representatives are informed of their right to access their personal data processed by the Seller and how they are processed, demand correction, destruction of their personal data or suspension of their personal data data processing actions, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law, to object to the processing of their personal data.
8.3. By clicking the \u201cOrder\u201d button, the Buyer confirms that he and his representatives know that they have the right to refuse to provide their personal data, but understand that personal data are necessary and necessary in order to unambiguously identify the Buyer and\/or his representatives for the conclusion and performance of contracts (online shopping ) purposes and without providing personal data and\/or not consenting to their processing for the above purposes, will not be able to enter into and\/or execute the contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9.1. The Seller sends all informational messages and notices for direct marketing purposes to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer\u2019s registration form.
9.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions using the data provided in the Seller\u2019s online store.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. Return of goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold poor-quality goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.2. The goods must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must be unused and have not lost their commercial appearance: the label is not damaged, the protective film is not torn off, etc. (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received them (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective good);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner established by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this point does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality \u2013 in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused is returned to the Buyer\u2019s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
10.5 If an order has been subject to a discount based on the quantity purchased (e.g. 25% discount for 2 items), if only a portion of the items is returned, the total order amount will be recalculated based on the actual remaining quantity. This means that:
\u2022 If a portion of the items is returned, which no longer meets the discount conditions, the original discount will no longer apply.
\u2022 In this case, the amount of the discount that was applied to the entire order will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Example:<\/strong>
If you buy 2 items for \u20ac40 each and receive a 25% discount (total amount \u20ac60 instead of \u20ac80), but return one item, the discount can no longer be applied to the remaining item, so its price will be recalculated to the original price (\u20ac40), and the refunded amount will not be \u20ac30, but only \u20ac20 (\u20ac60 \u2013 \u20ac40).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11. Final Provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11.1. The Buyer and the Seller agree that all information that is provided on the Seller\u2019s online store website (including, but not limited to, these Rules, information about the Seller, the offered goods and services and their features, the Buyer\u2019s right to refuse the purchase and sale contract implementation procedure, the Seller\u2019s product maintenance services and guarantees (if they are provided) are considered to be provided to the Buyer in writing.
11.2. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadel\u0117s, \u0160iauli\u0173 bankas, Visa \/ MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency.
